The Picabu family restaurant on the 1st floor has 2 microwaves for guest use (the hotel room only had a refrigerator but not a microwave). We used the microwaves at the Picabu restaurant. My room did not, however, it did have a mini-fridge. You might want to call the hotel directly to see if different rooms have microwaves.
