WebMay 1, 2024 · here's what i had to do. when you are in game in the main area where the missions are go to options -> Downloads or Downloadable Content -> then manually download each character from there. but it wont work until they fix the servers because you cant access that until you are online. only way i figured it out was i have it on PS4 also. #7. WebThey shutting down the servers because (to my understanding) they didnt have the license needed to kep using one character in particular.
